Itinerary

Day 1 (LD): Nitmiluk (Katherine Gorge) National Park two hour cruise. Katherine tonight.

Day 2 (BLD): Victoria River, Timber Creek and the "Gregory Tree". Into Western Australia and on to Kununurra where we stay for two nights.

Day 3 (BL): Cruise on Lake Argyle, visit Argyle Homestead (reconstruction), the Ord Irrigation Area, Ivanhoe Crossing and sunset from Kelly's Knob.

Day 4 (BD): Wyndham and Five Rivers Lookout this morning. Now the famous Gibb River Road takes us past the Cockburn Range and across the Pentecost River to Home Valley Station for the night.

Day 5 (BLD): Across the Pentecost and Durack Rivers en-route to overnight at Drysdale River Station.

Day 6 (BLD): A scenic flight to see the Kimberley coast, Mount Trafalgar and Mitchell Falls (optional). On to Mt Elizabeth Station for two nights.

Day 7 (BLD): Mt Elizabeth Station bushwalking, swimming, birdwatching, Aboriginal rock art, four-wheel driving and lunch in the bush.

Day 8 (BLD): On to Galvans Gorge then Bell Gorge. Travel on to Mt Hart Homestead for the night.

Day 9 (BLD): Windjana Gorge and Tunnel Creek then on to Derby to stay overnight.

Day 10 (B): The infamous 1000 year old Prison Boab Tree and Myall's Bore en-route to Broome for two nights.

Day 11 (B): A day at leisure in Broome.

Day 12 (BLD): Fitzroy Crossing and a cruise on Geikie Gorge. Fitzroy Crossing tonight.

Day 13 (BLD): On to Halls Creek. Visit Old Halls Creek and China Wall. Overnight in Halls Creek.

Day 14 (BLD): Purnululu (Bungle Bungles) National Park. Echidna Chasm, Cathedral Gorge and Piccaninny Creek. Tonight we stay in a permanent tent safari camp in the Park.

Day 15 (BL): Scenic helicopter flight over the famous beehive domes (optional) before travelling to Kununurra bringing your safari to an end.
